Payment & Cancelation

Reservations and payment are made through our reservation page. Please note that a deposit check of 300 € will be requested on your arrival (not cashed, returned after inventory on your departure). You can cancel and be refunded in full according to the withdrawal period within 48 hours of your reservation. After this period, your reservation is fixed and non-refundable except in cases of force majeure (contact us).

Animals

Animals (cats, dogs, rodents, etc.) are welcome under certain conditions: they must under no circumstances sleep or climb on armchairs, sofas or bedding. Animals are under your sole responsibility for the duration of your stay on the property: you agree to watch them so that they do not run away or annoy the neighborhood. Please also ensure that they do not defecate in the garden beds, pick up any droppings and deal with any other possible damage for which you are held responsible. Thank you for your understanding.

Security and Insurance

A safe is at your disposal for your small objects (money, jewelry, ...)
Only you will have access to this safe, so it is important to note and keep access to it until you leave. The trunk must be left open when you leave.

Breakage, damage and theft

An exhaustive list of equipment supplied in good condition is annexed to the rules of procedure. Any finding of the disappearance of an item or concern that has not been the subject of an exchange between us, you will be billed through the bond.

Swimming pool

Our swimming pool is equipped with a safety tarpaulin to the standards in force, it is not surrounded by barriers and is fully accessible as soon as it is released. If you have reserved access to the swimming pool, we do not assume any responsibility for the supervision of your children or any accident that may result from a lack of supervision when the pool is open.
The pool linen is to be provided by you. The pool is 6 meters long and 3,50 wide. It is 1.60 meters deep, its bottom is flat and it is entered by a staircase (including a walk across the width). It has a projector for night swimming and is heated from May to October. Please note that the pool is private but it will not be exclusively reserved for you during your stay so that we (and our two girls) could cool of if we want !
